My line trainers were given the aligners and said stop moving my teeth at following 2 weeks, I would say was kind of painful definitely felt my teeth gradually move which was amazing

Because that only means that the orthodontic treatment is working if you feel pain, I would describe it’s similar to having  feeling on my teeth,  gums and teeth that so uncomfortable feeling only

I believe two weeks straight after that my teeth started becoming more comfortable to use the aligners

I know it's at least a few hours  that you can have a break from using your Invisalign aligners I'd usually take them off every time I eat brush my teeth and then put them back and make awesome smiles with Invisalign Before and After the treatment plan
